My story

What a wild and glorious journey life has been! I went to school for music and spent many early years as a professional jazz singer. The side hustle ‘day job’ I landed as a communications coach and role-player turned into a second career and… I loved it! 
 

Working with a team of talented creatives, we coached literally thousands of professionals across multiple industries to master their communication skills. I became a team lead, a course writer and workshop facilitator. Longing to go deeper with clients, after a decade I struck out on my own, working privately to help professionals develop confidence, sales and speaking skills.
 

While professionally experiencing some success, on the inside I was grappling with a lifetime of anxiety and periodic depression that had their roots in early trauma. The stress of putting on a brave face felt so painful and inauthentic it was hard to bear.
 

As the saying goes, when the student is ready, the teacher appears. In late 2020, I heard a peak performance coach extolling the healing power of psychedelics.  I researched. I made calls. And within two weeks, I had my first life-changing experience with psilocybin. I have been working mindfully with psychedelics ever since. Gradually, those old wounds healed. Anxiety dissolved. Relationships improved. I’ve met incredible people. I’m singing again. I feel whole, authentic and alive!
